- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp better than bouillon
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions:
Preparation:
- Mix chicken broth, bouillon, soy sauce, onion powder, mustard powder, and thyme. Set aside.

Chicken Prep and Searing:
- Slice chicken into 2-3 thinner pieces. Place in a bag or between wrap, pound to ½ inch thickness, and pat dry.

Making the Sauce:
- Melt butter in the skillet over medium/medium-low heat. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom.
- Add garlic cloves, and caramelize for 6-7 minutes.
- Add flour, and whisk for 1-2 minutes until it browns.
- Gradually pour in the chicken broth mixture, stirring continuously.
- Stir in cream, bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Add Parmesan cheese.
- Return the chicken to the pan with any juices. Spoon sauce over. Cover and cook for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes and roasted green beans. Enjoy!
